How it works

  1. Claim your restaurant

    Find your restaurant and send a claim. We check that it’s really yours; a decision usually takes 1–2 days.

  2. Fix the details

    Name, hours, phone, address, description and photos. Change them as often as you like; changes show right away.

  3. Add your menu

    Type in your dishes and prices, or photograph your printed menu.

  4. Publish your page

    When it looks right, publish. Add one photo of your own so the WhereMongolia app can show you in its lists, search and map.

Advertising

Ads are a separate service from plans. They appear only in marked ad spaces, always labelled “Сурталчилгаа / Ad” with the advertiser’s name, and they never change any restaurant’s ranking, rating or reviews. No plan includes ads, and places on the map are never sold.

Questions owners ask

Is Free really free? What’s the catch?

Yes, with no time limit, and it isn’t a trial. Claiming, correcting every detail and your full menu cost nothing. We earn from optional tools and services, never from your right to correct your own page.

Will paying move me up in search or on the map?

No. Paying never changes your place in search or on the map, your rating or your reviews. Restaurants that pay and restaurants that don’t are ordered by the same rules.

How do I cancel?

There’s nothing to cancel. Pro is paid in advance for 6 or 12 months and never renews by itself; if you don’t pay the next invoice, the plan simply ends. Care is paid a month or 3 months at a time, and you can stop whenever you like: tell us, or don’t pay the next invoice.

Do my guests need to install an app?

No. The table QR code opens your menu in the phone’s browser, on any phone. There’s nothing to install.

I have more than one branch.

Each branch has its own page, is claimed on its own and is free on its own. Plans are per branch, so each branch that wants Pro needs its own plan. If you have several, ask us.

What happens if I don’t renew?

Nothing is deleted. Your tools stay on for 21 more days. Then the plan ends and your restaurant carries on, on Free: your page, menu, reviews and replies stay, and you keep editing for free. Printed QR cards keep working and open your restaurant’s normal page. Offers stop, and you can still see their history.
